Raleigh Pursuit (80s?)

Bought off EBay for £31.80 to use for local shopping excursions.  Smartened up with some spares and minimum investment in rack and seatpost.  No one's nicked it yet :P  I ride it in a one gear only and thought about making it single speed but that's more expense!

Shopping List:

1. New seatpost
2. Spare saddle (Biologic from Dahon)
3. New rack
4. Spare Continental tyres from Kona
5. New bar tape - cheap from Decathlon
6. New rubber brake blocks

 Old rubber - original tyres and tubes skipped straight away! (well... tubes recovered as I didn't have any spares.  Rusty wheels were taped inside with ghetto liners (electrical tape))

 Ancient bar tape a pain to remove - a stanley knife job.

 Suicide levers - actually quite good for underhand braking.

Fresh rubber!
